About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians at Alliance Family Services in Minden, NV. Alliance Family Services offers Behavior analysis services to children and families in the Minden area. Our services are designated to provide support for families in need of positive changes. Alliance Family Services, is dedicated to promoting independence and quality of life for all those we serve. We provide high-quality therapeutic office services, with support to assist our clients in addressing, managing, and overcoming serious emotional, psychological, and behavioral problems and will find a warm and professional environment with staff available to assist them on the road to improvement. Requirements

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Be at least 21 years of age
Must possess a current State Driver’s License and Insurance
Ability to work with children and families with diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and economic statuses
RBT Licensure (If not certified, training will be provided for certification)
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Responsibilities

Work with clients in the clinic, school, and home-based settings.
Work directly with clients to implement behavior analytic services.
Collect and maintain appropriate behavior data under the close supervision of the BCBA and/or BCaBA.
