About The Position
Blue Jay ABA is seeking compassionate, driven, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals to join their team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Behavior Technicians (BTs). The company specializes in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The dedicated team, comprising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians, works closely with families to deliver personalized, evidence-based support tailored to each child's unique needs. Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) certification

Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
- Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
- Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
- Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
