About The Position

Bounce Therapy is seeking dedicated RBT - Registered Behavior Technicians to join their growing team at the Bounce ABA Preschool Center in Vermont. They provide exceptional therapy services to children on the autism spectrum, focusing on maximizing each child's potential for independence, happiness, and success. Requirements

• Access to reliable transportation
• Minimum of high school diploma or GED
• Demonstrated ability to protect confidential information

Nice To Haves

• RBT Certification a plus but not required
• some professional experience supporting children is preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 ABA therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum. Services are supervised by a BCBA
• Collect data and record it accurately daily
• Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff
• Be punctual, professional, and courteous!
