We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. We provide comprehensive training, even if you don’t currently have experience. The role requires patience, compassion, and the ability to work well in a team, as children can be unpredictable and potentially confrontational. Physical activity is involved, including standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and carrying children or objects up to 50 pounds. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.
