Registered Behavior Technician - Center Based
About The Position
Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide one-to-one specialized treatment in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in a center-based setting. Paid training and support are provided to help technicians carry out treatment plans. The role offers potential for part-time and/or full-time guaranteed hours, competitive compensation, a team-oriented environment, and opportunities for career growth. Requirements
- Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Implement behavioral plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress.
- Support the BCBA with training families to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
- Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
- Keep pace physically with clients as they move around the session areas, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25 or more pounds, running, squatting, and kneeling.
- Perform other tasks outlined by the BCBA or LBA.
