Registered Behavior Technician - Center Based
About The Position
Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide one-to-one specialized treatment in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in a center-based setting. The organization provides training and support for technicians implementing treatment plans. Requirements
- Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Passion and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Ability to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment and independently as well as on a team.
- Strong work ethic and ability to communicate and interact with children and parents.
- Creative and innovative ideas for engaging clients.

- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Implement behavioral plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress.
- Support the BCBA with training families to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
- Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
- Keep pace with clients as they move around session areas, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25 or more pounds, running, squatting, and kneeling.
- Perform other tasks outlined by the BCBA or LBA.
