About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Registered Behavior Technicians are an essential part of the treatment team, providing one-to-one specialized treatment in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts in a center-based setting. Paid training and support are provided.

Requirements

Current, active RBT certification.
Access to reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
Reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

Implement behavioral plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress.
Support the BCBA with training families to implement individualized treatment plans.
Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
Keep up physically with clients as they move around session areas, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25 or more pounds, running, squatting, and kneeling.
Perform other tasks outlined by the BCBA or LBA.
