About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with school-based experience to support Pre-K through 5th-grade students in an educational environment in Frederick, Maryland. The role delivers evidence-based interventions grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support students with autism and related developmental disabilities. It offers an opportunity to strengthen behavioral therapy skills and advance an RBT career.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one and group interventions using intensive teaching and natural environment strategies.
• Implement behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols as prescribed.
• Collect, track, and summarize behavioral data for ongoing assessment and supervision.
• Support parent and caregiver training sessions aligned with individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate with families about student progress under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
