About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in Southern Pines, North Carolina. This position offers a schedule of Monday-Friday mornings, approximately 20 hours per week, with exact session times from 8 AM to 12 PM and 4 PM to 6 PM, which are flexible. The role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by an assigned BCBA. Supervision is provided through in-session QA and IOA checks, observations, and feedback. The RBT will collect session data and submit notes. Non-billable time, including training and required meetings, is compensated at $10 per hour.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Monday-Friday mornings, about 20 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
