About The Position
ABA Solutions is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide school-based and in-home ABA services in the Gulf Coast region (Sarasota, 34243). This role is ideal for RBTs looking for purposeful work with predictable daytime school hours and optional evening sessions. The position offers strong clinical support from a BCBA-led team that emphasizes ethical care, structure, and professional growth. ABA Solutions is a BCBA-owned provider focused on trauma-informed, assent-based, and evidence-driven therapy, supporting RBTs with accessible supervision, realistic caseloads, and clear expectations.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification (or ability to obtain quickly with support)
- Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
- Comfort working in school and home environments
- Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate ABA services
- All positions require screening through the Clearinghouse.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in school and home settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs
- Collect and document accurate, real-time data
- Support skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and generalization
- Communicate professionally with caregivers, teachers, and supervisors
- Deliver services using trauma-informed and assent-based practices
