About The Position
Greater Goals ABA is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their mission-driven clinical team. This role is for individuals passionate about helping children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Current RBT certification.
- Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community.

Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
- Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
- Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process.
- Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA.
