About The Position

Advanta Autism Care is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The RBT works directly with clients under BCBA supervision, helping them build independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills. The position offers $23–$28 per hour based on experience and a $300 sign-on bonus after the first 90 days. Paid training, professional development, supervision, and career advancement opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification; applicants must already be certified.
• Compassionate and patient.
• Reliable and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working with diverse ages and behaviors.
• Able to pass a background and reference check.
• Able to sit, kneel, bend, squat, and move throughout sessions; lift or carry up to 50 pounds; and safely implement behavior intervention strategies when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• ABA or behavioral health experience.
• Experience using CentralReach; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices.
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings.
