About The Position

Advanta Autism Care is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in home and community settings in Broomfield, Colorado. RBTs work under BCBA supervision to help individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder build independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills. Full-time and part-time positions are available. The role offers $23–$28 per hour, a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, paid training, professional development, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification; applicants must already be certified.
• Compassionate and patient approach.
• Reliable and professional conduct.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfort working with diverse ages and behaviors.
• Ability to pass a background and reference check.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• ABA or behavioral health experience.
• Experience using CentralReach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices.
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings.
