About The Position

Advanta Autism Care is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in home and community settings in Broomfield, Colorado. RBTs work under BCBA supervision to help clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder build independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills. The role includes delivering individualized treatment, collecting and documenting session data, collaborating with families and clinical staff, and participating in supervision and ongoing training. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification; applicants must already be certified.
• Able to pass a background and reference check.
• Compassionate and patient.
• Reliable and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working with diverse ages and behaviors.
• Able to sit, kneel, bend, squat, and move throughout sessions.
• Able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Able to safely implement behavior intervention strategies when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• ABA or behavioral health experience.
• Experience using CentralReach; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Prepare therapy materials.
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices.
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings.
