About The Position

Compass ABA is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician/RBT in South Brunswick Township, New Jersey. The technician delivers individualized ABA therapy to children with autism in home or community settings, helping develop communication, play, social, and daily living skills. The role works under BCBA supervision and includes collaboration with families and staff, creating a safe and structured learning environment, recording progress data, and participating in supervision and professional growth.

The schedule is 15–20 hours per week, with afternoon or evening shifts lasting 3–4 hours per day, varying by client. The listed South Brunswick schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:30–7:30 PM, and Saturday–Sunday from 11:00 AM–1:30 PM. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully complete all onboarding requirements.
• Meet physical requirements including active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfort using technology.
