About The Position

Advanta Autism Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home and community settings across Colorado's Front Range. Working under BCBA supervision, the RBT helps individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder build independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills. The role offers paid training, professional development, and opportunities for career advancement, including support for team members pursuing BCBA careers. Compensation is $23–$28 per hour based on experience, with a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification; applicants must already be certified.
• Able to pass a background and reference check.
• Compassionate and patient.

• Comfortable working with diverse ages and behaviors.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• ABA or behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices.
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings.
