This is a full-time center-based therapy position, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends and no contractual obligations.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position.
  • All applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent are welcome - a college degree is preferred but not required.
  • Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs.
  • Able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area.
  • Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time.
  • Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes.
  • Full range of motion of hands and arms.
  • Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time.
  • Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.
  • Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.
  • You will undergo a background check and drug test at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize your expertise to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age.
  • Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
  • Apply your creativity and advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment.
  • Guide children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
  • Document and track each child's development, contributing to their customized therapy programs.
