About The Position

LBAPS (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC) is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs. The role involves delivering therapy under BCBA supervision in home, school, and/or center-based settings, implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, recording session data, and collaborating with families and the clinical team. The posting offers both part-time and full-time positions with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Current RBT certification in good standing.
• At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
• A patient, creative, and compassionate approach.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Work in home, school, and/or center-based settings.
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.
• Collect and record session data accurately in Rethink within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team to support client progress.
• Participate in ongoing check-ins and professional support meetings.
