Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
Deliver engaging, child-led therapy sessions that promote learning through play and meaningful interactions.
Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
Collect accurate session data and track client progress.
Implement behavior support strategies while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and fellow team members.
Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
