Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Internal community experience preferred
  • PHR / SPHR or equivalent certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consultancy and act as business partner across the enterprise / lines of business’ in supporting execution of operational initiatives and achieving enterprise goals.
  • Support community teams in execution and delivery of core HR processes across communities to promote consistency, transparency, and simplicity in execution.
  • Engage with Community HRD’s to support fair and consistent implementation of policies and procedures to effectively manage employee relationship(s).
  • Oversee start-up and stabilization of HR operations at new communities and coordinate resources, staffing, on-boarding, and leader enablement to support successful openings.
  • Provide leadership on performance management processes to include goal setting, calibration support, coaching, and performance improvement documentation to ensure clarity, fairness, and consistency.
  • Deliver escalation leadership and oversight for complex employee relations matters to include investigations, corrective action, terminations, leave management, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, and compliance line concerns.
  • Serve as a core culture carrier and enterprise leader, partnering with operational and HR teams to intentionally shape an inclusive, values-driven culture that drives employee engagement, belonging, and trust across communities.
