About The Position

A Regional Vice President (RVP) at Any Hour Group (a major private-equity backed residential home services platform specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work) leads multi-market operations, driving P&L performance, scalable growth, and leadership development across a portfolio of regional trade brands.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive senior leadership or multi-site operational management experience, ideally within home services, HVAC, construction, or field-service trades
• Proven track record of managing large P&L responsibilities and driving aggressive organic/inorganic revenue growth
• Strong background in building operational cadence, performance management frameworks, and process optimization across geographically dispersed teams
• Pre-employment background check

• Have and maintain a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and regional execution across multiple branch locations and acquired home-service brands
• Own regional P&L, drive revenue and profitability targets, optimize labor and operational expenses, and manage budgets
• Partner with, mentor, and develop local General Managers to build high-performing branch teams.
• Establish operating cadences, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implement scalable systems to elevate market performance
• Align regional practices with company values to maximize customer satisfaction, employee retention, and top talent development
