Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Regional Vice President to join our team! The Regional Vice President is responsible for the leadership and operational support of various community activities. Regional Vice Presidents are the face of the organization in each region. This position assists each Regional Advisory Board and Consumer and Family Advisory Committee in understanding the performance of the LME/MCO and ensures that community needs/concerns are addressed appropriately. Additionally, one of the highest priorities is to engage stakeholders from each county and will represent the LME/MCO in their communities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum six (6) years of professional experience in human services, including two (2) years of experience managing complex human service initiatives and supervisory experience required
  • Master’s degree and minimum three (3) years of professional experience in human services, including two (2) years of experience managing complex human service initiatives and supervisory experience required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside within North Carolina.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree.
  • Managed Care experience.
  • Previous experience working with providers, consumers, community boards, and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead Community Oversight/Regional Advisory Boards and support the Consumer and Family Advisory Committee in understanding the performance of the LME/MCO, ensuring that community needs and concerns are represented and addressed appropriately.
  • Assist in developing an annual plan of work aligned with the LME/MCO goals.
  • Oversee Community Liaison budgets; ensuring reports regarding budgets are prepared for review.
  • Establish and maintain community relationships through Community Advisory Councils and participation on external councils, boards and committees.
  • Provide direction in the development and streamlining of procedures and processes.
