Hubbell Utility Solutions is looking for a Regional Vice President, Sales – West to lead a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, and expand our presence across Utility Gas and C&I markets. The primary purpose of this role is to lead and develop a high‑performing sales team for Hubbell Gas (HGUS), a division of Hubbell Utility Solutions (HUS), with accountability for revenue growth, talent development, operational effectiveness, and market expansion. The role represents both Utility Gas and Commercial & Industrial markets, with a strong emphasis on building and sustaining end‑user relationships while supporting and expanding established and emerging distribution channels. Success in this position requires close engagement with customers, prospects, and employees to understand the competitive landscape, evolving market trends, and product development needs. Candidates should be based in a major metropolitan area within the Western United States.
