About The Position

Serta Simmons Bedding is hiring a Regional Truck Driver in Houston, Texas. The role pays $1,300–$1,800 per week according to hours and route, with potential for a $500 quarterly bonus and a $2,000 sign-on bonus (not available to rehires or trainees). The position is full-time, with a schedule of 40–70 hours per week. Routes are regional and local; drivers are out two to three nights per week and have time off over the weekend. Freight is partially touch, and drivers must tailgate freight. An assigned late-model truck is provided. Requirements

Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
Two years of verifiable CDL A experience; applicants with less than two years may be considered for a training program.
Strong customer service and time management skills.
Must be at least 21 years old and DOT qualified.
Ability to handle tailgating freight with the help of a cart.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities
