About The Position

Cranial Technologies is the leader in pediatric cranial orthoses, specializing in treating plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) and ear shape correction with EarWell®. We are seeking a full-time Regional Traveling Physical Therapist to cover our Florida clinics (Hollywood, Jupiter, Boca Raton, or Miami). This unique role involves working exclusively with infants in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, focusing on non-traditional, niche treatments like the DOC Band® and EarWell®. Our clinicians are seen as experts by pediatricians and parents, building strong relationships throughout the treatment process. We welcome diverse backgrounds, including PTs, OTs, and Certified Prosthetists/Orthotists, and offer a formal training program with mentoring for those without direct pediatric experience.

Requirements

• Licensed PT
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices (e.g., splints, braces, maternity belts)
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Background in pediatrics is preferred, but not necessary.
• Pediatric experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band®.
• Treat infants to correct ear shapes with EarWell®.
• Act as an expert in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears.
• Develop relationships with families throughout the treatment process.
• Travel throughout all Florida clinics.
