About The Position
Cranial Technologies is the world leader in researching and treating plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) and offers treatment with EarWell® for infant ear shape correction. This full-time position is based out of Hollywood, Jupiter, Boca Raton, or Miami, FL, and involves travel throughout all Florida clinics, with approximately 30% overnight travel. The role is in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, exclusively working with infants in a child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinic. Clinicians treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®, acting as experts in evaluation and treatment for plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, developing strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The company hires from diverse backgrounds and values the expertise of PTs, OTs, and Certified Prosthetists and Orthotists. A formal training program with mentoring is provided, making pediatric experience preferred but not necessary.
Requirements
- Licensed PT
- 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices (e.g. splints, braces, maternity belts)
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Must complete AHCA screening program (Florida Candidates Only)
