About The Position

Cranial Technologies is the world's only company dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome), with over 300,000 babies successfully treated. They are also leaders in pediatric cranial shaping orthoses and provide treatment with EarWell® for infant ear shape correction. This full-time position is based in Raleigh, NC, and will travel to support clinics in North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee, requiring 2-3 overnights per week. The role is in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants. Clinicians are considered experts in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, developing strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The company hires from diverse backgrounds, valuing the unique perspectives of Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Certified Prosthetists and Orthotists (CPOs). While pediatric experience is preferred, it is not required due to a formal training program with mentoring.
