Regional Traveling Occupational Therapist - Raleigh
About The Position
Cranial Technologies is the leader in pediatric cranial orthoses, specializing in treating plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) and ear shape correction with EarWell®. We are seeking a full-time Regional Traveling Occupational Therapist based in Raleigh, NC, to travel and support clinics in North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee. This role involves 2-3 overnights per week in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, exclusively treating infants. It offers a unique opportunity to specialize in a niche area, treating patients with the DOC Band® and EarWell® in child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinics. Clinicians are viewed as experts in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, developing strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The company hires from diverse backgrounds, valuing the expertise of PTs, OTs, RNs, and Certified Prosthetists/Orthotists. A formal training program with mentoring is provided, making pediatric experience preferred but not essential.
Requirements
- Licensed OT
- 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices (e.g. splints, braces, maternity belts)
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band®
- Treat infants to correct ear shapes with EarWell®
- Serve as an expert in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears
