About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a Regional Traveling Certified Orthotist for a full-time position based out of San Jose, CA. This role involves travel throughout Northern California clinics, including Sacramento, San Francisco, Mountain View, San Jose, Oakland, Stockton, and Fresno, with some overnights expected. The position is in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Clinicians are considered experts in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, developing strong relationships with families. The company hires from various backgrounds, valuing the unique perspectives of PTs, OTs, RNs, and Certified Prosthetists/Orthotists. While pediatric experience is preferred, it is not required due to a formal training program with mentoring. This is an opportunity to specialize in a non-traditional, niche area of pediatric orthotics.

Requirements

• Certified Orthotists only
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices (e.g., splints, braces, maternity belts)
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
