About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Regional Traveling Occupational Therapist to serve infants in pediatric outpatient clinics throughout Florida. The position will be based out of Hollywood, Jupiter, Boca Raton, or Miami, Florida, and involves travel to the company’s Florida clinics, with approximately 30% overnight travel. Clinicians evaluate and treat plagiocephaly using the DOC Band® and correct infant ear shapes using EarWell®. They provide direct patient care and build relationships with families throughout treatment. The role offers the opportunity to specialize in a non-traditional clinical area, with formal training and mentoring provided. Travel accommodations and expenses are covered by the company. The pay range is $97,000–$107,000, depending on tenure and relevant experience, with eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices, such as splints, braces, or maternity belts.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
