About The Position

The Regional Territory Manager expands market share for the Paragonix product and service portfolio by promoting, selling, and servicing products within an assigned territory in Texas. The role develops relationships throughout the transplant ecosystem and differentiates Paragonix’s organ preservation products and services from the standard of care and competitive offerings. Candidates are expected to support customers with reliability and quality while being accountable, speaking up, and taking action. Paragonix Technologies markets organ transportation devices that use hypothermic preservation techniques and a suspension system to protect organs during transport. Its portfolio covers cardiac, thoracic, and abdominal preservation, along with transplant services and organ screening. This is a remote outside-sales position requiring regular in-person customer interaction, domestic and/or international travel of up to 60%, and availability after hours and sometimes on call in the 24/7 transplant environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum A./B.S. (as stated in the posting).
  • Three to five years of disposable medical device sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally, including overnight and air travel, up to 60% of the time.
  • Willingness to be available after hours and, at times, formally on call.
  • Ability to carry bulky items, stand for extended periods, and work prolonged, unpredictable hours in high-stress environments such as operating rooms.
  • Excellent sales, relationship-building, communication, listening, organization, critical-thinking, and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in transplant and physician-preference items.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve a minimum of 100% of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Maintain and increase average selling price where applicable and grow market share quarter over quarter and year over year within the assigned territory.
  • Differentiate Paragonix products and services from the current standard of care and competitive products.
  • Develop and leverage relationships with stakeholders across the transplant ecosystem, including surgeons, medical directors, fellows, administrators, coordinators, buyers, and organ procurement organizations (OPOs).
  • Discuss clinical data, conduct in-services and training, attend local, regional, and national conferences, and regularly support cases to differentiate Paragonix products.
  • Cross-sell the full Paragonix product portfolio.
  • Communicate territory needs, trends, and problems to the Area team.
  • Maintain and track field inventory and facilitate efficient customer inventory.
  • Facilitate communication with accounts payable regarding past-due items.
  • Comply with corporate policies and standards of conduct, and complete administrative functions—including expense reports, CRM use, and lead follow-up—in a timely manner and according to corporate directives.
  • Collaborate with clinical, services, and internal teams to achieve company objectives.
