About The Position

The Regional Shop Manager - Auto Body role is a leadership position within a growing, family-owned company that has been in business since 1978. Requirements

5+ years of multi-location leadership or senior operations experience in collision repair, automotive, dealership operations, or a related field
Real experience leading leaders, not just managing employees
The ability to coach underperformers while recognizing and developing your top performers
Strong communication and people leadership skills
Willingness to travel regularly between locations
A valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Hire, lead, coach, and develop multiple Shop Managers
Drive production, process, profitability, and quality across several locations
Spend the majority of your time in the shops, building a team that can run a process and solving problems in real time
Create accountability through consistent coaching and follow-up
Track and act on KPIs – financial performance, cycle time, quality, production
Partner with Office Managers and Shop Managers to deliver a seamless experience for customers and employees
Recruit, hire, mentor, and retain top-performing leaders
Spot opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and profitability
Uphold company policy and safety standards across every location
Support new store openings, acquisitions, and leadership transitions as we scale
Build a culture where people are engaged, challenged, and developed
