Regional Service Manager
About The Position
Join Morgan Properties as a Regional Service Manager and play a critical role in strengthening maintenance performance across multiple communities. This role supports a defined multi-state region with communities located throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware. The Regional Service Manager must be able to travel within the region and respond on-site as business needs require, including for urgent or emergency situations. Morgan Properties, established in 1985, is a national real estate investment and management company headquartered in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. The company currently owns and manages a multifamily portfolio comprised of more than 400 apartment communities and over 110,000 units located in 22 states. Morgan Properties is among the three largest multifamily owners in the nation and the largest in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New York, with over 2,600 employees.
Requirements
- 5+ years in multi-site and/or regional maintenance leadership
- Strong technical expertise (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development
- Ability to travel within the region and respond on-site as business needs require, including for urgent or emergency situations

- HVAC certification and/or boiler license
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations across the region
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians
- Facilitate training sessions and reinforce consistent maintenance standards
- Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety regulations
- Build relationships with vendors and negotiate service contracts
- Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements
