Property Details: Regional Service Manager will be expected to office out of Larkspur, CA. Schedule: Monday through Friday Target Pay: $120,546 - $133,940 per year + eligible for annual discretionary bonus. Role Overview: Our Regional Service Manager leads the maintenance objectives for their regional portfolio, supporting and indirectly supervising a team of Service Managers to ensure the physical condition and capital needs of the communities are met. They set an example of servant leadership, mentoring, safety advocacy, and a strong focus on customer experience. They ensure adherence to standards of cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. Their broad range of experience and commitment is critical to the continued success of Prime Residential’s portfolio. Who You Are: Technically proficient with building mechanical components, including fire and life safety systems, ensuring all aspects of property maintenance are covered. Leader who mentors and drives maintenance standards, always seeking to enhance team performance and operational efficiency. Team player with a strong focus on customer service, committed to building and maintaining positive relationships with residents and colleagues. Capable of working independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments, adept at managing ambiguity and rapid changes. Skilled in risk assessment and decision-making within the maintenance function, helping to minimize incidents and ensure safety.
