We’re currently searching for a Regional Service Manager to join our team, help us grow and scale and continue our tradition of success. This role is very critical to our extreme growth and the ideal candidate will be experienced and is familiar with the intricacies of a fast-paced environment, have a strong desire for growth and be a great communicator. The Regional Service Manager is responsible for managing the service operations and performance within a specific region and ensuring that the service standards and objectives are met. The Regional Service Manager reports to the Director of Service and supervises the Technical Service Managers. The Regional Service Manager oversees the service activities, resources, and policies within the region and ensures that the dealer technicians and customers receive timely and quality service and support. The Regional Service Manager also evaluates and improves the service processes and procedures within the region and implements best practices and initiatives.
