Regional Service Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC)
About The Position
EquipmentShare is hiring a Regional Service Manager for their Advanced Solutions rental facility in Boise, ID. This position is responsible for leading a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians (Mechanics) and overseeing service operations across multiple locations within a specific region. The goal is to ensure high-quality service delivery, manage service teams, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating and supervising the performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel, scheduling repairs, maintaining customer relationships, and resolving customer inquiries. Employee training, development, and maintaining a safe work environment are also key responsibilities. Requirements
- Industry knowledge (rental industry or related construction field), innovative and dependable.
- Ideally three years of maintenance and service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
- Adaptable to the fast pace of a growing company and able to quickly educate themselves about and stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
- Competitive, but thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of work planning, scheduling and other supervisory activities.
- Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education or Experience required.
- Extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of self-propelled platforms and lifts.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
- Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely.
- Ability to be in extreme weather conditions for a period of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to travel frequently.
- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen.
