The Regional Sales Trainer helps Field Sales representatives apply training in real-world selling situations by reinforcing sales model application, effective resource utilization, approved sales strategies, and territory unit partnership alignment. This role addresses observed knowledge or skill gaps and reinforces expected selling behaviors, working in alignment with cross-functional teams and Sales Leadership to ensure consistent understanding and execution of sales initiatives. The goal is to increase overall performance of sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals by identifying challenges and recommending ways to increase productivity and support new customer starts.
