This role focuses on bridging new hire training learnings to practical execution for Field Sales representatives. It involves reinforcing sales model application, effective resource utilization, approved sales strategies, and territory unit partnership alignment. The role addresses observed knowledge or skill gaps, reinforces expected selling behaviors, and works in alignment with cross-functional teams and Sales Leadership to ensure consistent understanding and execution of sales initiatives. The Regional Sales Trainer will work closely with salespeople to identify challenges, recommend ways to increase productivity, support new customer starts, and ultimately increase overall sales team performance and goal achievement.
