The Regional Sales Trainer helps Field Sales representatives apply training in real-world selling situations by reinforcing sales model application, effective resource utilization, approved sales strategies, and territory unit partnership alignment. This role addresses observed knowledge or skill gaps and reinforces expected selling behaviors. The Regional Sales Trainer works in alignment with cross-functional teams and Sales Leadership to reinforce consistent understanding and execution of sales initiatives across the Field Sales. The role involves working closely with salespeople to identify challenges, recommend ways to increase productivity, and support the drive to new customers' starts, ultimately increasing overall sales team performance and ensuring they have the skills to achieve their goals.
