About The Position

HireQuest Northwest is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Regional Sales Representative to drive business growth throughout Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, networking in the community, and helping businesses solve workforce challenges. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence throughout Vancouver, Portland, Hillsboro, and surrounding markets while supporting our Hillsboro location as needed. Spanish-speaking ability is required for this position.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Previous sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and in-person sales meetings
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement
  • Conduct in-person client visits and sales presentations
  • Build relationships with business owners, hiring managers, and community partners
  • Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients and employees
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships
  • Support growth initiatives throughout the region
  • Partner with branch teams to ensure exceptional service
