About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing, bilingual (English and Spanish) Inside Sales Representative to drive new business growth within industrial markets. This is a true sales role focused on prospecting, relationship-building, and closing opportunities—not customer service or order entry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong B2B sales instincts, who thrives on identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and delivering value-driven solutions. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Channel Partners to expand market presence and grow revenue.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – REQUIRED
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Inside Sales (not customer service or order processing)
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business
  • Strong cold calling, outbound sales, and consultative selling skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce.com or HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Self-motivated with drive, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted outbound call and email campaigns to generate new business
  • Prospect and qualify leads across OEMs, distributors, integrators, and end users
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred)
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with customers across North America and Latin America
  • Develop relationships with engineers, plant managers, purchasing agents, and decision-makers
  • Identify customer needs and present technical product solutions and value propositions
  • Own the sales cycle from initial outreach through closing opportunities
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Partners
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and track performance metrics
  • Support territory growth, account penetration, and market intelligence efforts
