About The Position

Sales Partnerships, Inc. is building a residential outside sales team across Central Texas. You'll earn a guaranteed hourly wage while we train you to prospect, build rapport, handle objections, and close. Hands-on field coaching through the SPI Sales Academy will be provided. The role involves selling fast, reliable internet in assigned neighborhoods where service is already live. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a significant advantage as entire neighborhoods prefer to conduct business in Spanish. Your hourly pay is guaranteed, and commission is earned on top of that.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background and motor vehicle record check.
• Comfortable walking neighborhoods outdoors, navigating stairs, and carrying 10-15 lbs.
• Available Tuesday through Saturday, including evenings.
• Conversational fluency in Spanish and English.
• Energy, confidence, resilience, and willingness to learn.
