About The Position

SFS Group USA, Inc., Division Automotive, is a global leader in innovative fastening solutions, producing high-quality blind rivets, rivnuts, and riveting tools. With a proud history of engineering excellence, we partner with major OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across the automotive and industrial markets. As we expand our market presence in the Midwest, we are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Representative who thrives on building lasting partnerships and delivering growth.

Requirements

  • Proven record of outperforming sales targets in fasteners, tools, or related industrial/automotive markets.
  • Strong technical aptitude — able to explain specifications and applications with confidence.
  • Skilled in negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship management.
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a multi-state territory.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Must pass DMV, pre-employment drug screen, and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve growth targets through distribution
  • Identify and close new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial partners.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, delivering training and product demonstrations.
  • Build long-term partnerships by providing outstanding service and innovative solutions.
  • Track and report on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Represent SFS at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits across the Midwest.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve growth targets through distribution
