About The Position

Sauna360 is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to join their Sales team. This field-based role involves providing consultation and support to sauna dealers within a designated territory, which includes Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The manager will be responsible for training dealers, developing new business, and contributing significantly to the company's growth by maximizing dealer effectiveness as sauna retailers and proactively selling Sauna360 products through the dealer channel.

Requirements

  • At least five years' experience in wholesale and retail sales required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of current sales and merchandising techniques required.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals on a regular basis.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate others, increase revenues, and work as a team.
  • Must be willing and able to travel at least 120 days per year.
  • A valid driver's license with good driving record is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or college-level coursework strongly preferred
  • Sauna sales industry experience strongly preferred
  • Consumer products background a plus

Responsibilities

  • Establish and achieve annual sales budgets by product category throughout your designated territory, creating strategic growth and ensuring profitability for both dealers and Sauna360.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by providing consistent value through meaningful communications, personalized dealer visits, and systematic follow-up that leads to lasting partnerships.
  • Seek out new business in designated open markets and transform these prospects into productive Sauna360 dealers, meeting our ambitious goals for expanding our dealer network.
  • Share your expertise by providing comprehensive sales and marketing training to Sauna dealers, empowering them with the knowledge and tools to excel as sauna retailers in today's competitive marketplace.
  • Ensure sales and marketing programs are effectively deployed throughout your region, creating consistent customer experiences while actively managing your territory with regular updates to leadership.
  • Represent Sauna360 at trade shows and promotional events, building our brand presence while maintaining detailed records and reporting essential to our continued success.
