Global Furniture Group, a leading North American manufacturer of workplace, education, healthcare, and hospitality furniture, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest Region. This role offers excellent earnings potential and sales opportunities. The successful candidate must reside in and be based out of the Chicago Fulton Market area. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing, leading, and motivating their sales team through staffing, training, and coaching for an assigned territory, guiding them to enhanced performance. This position involves managing all business activities within the territory, including dealer sales planning, market share growth, customer satisfaction across all phases of the sales process, progress toward revenue goals, and ensuring alignment with the company's overarching growth strategy. The Midwest Region includes North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Chicago.
