About The Position

This is a unique opportunity to develop the overall business in packaging, commercial print, ink and dealer market segments to ensure sales and financial targets are met. The Midwest region includes the following states: WI, MN, IA, ND, SD, NE and will require 40-60% travel within the assigned territory. Requirements

• Eight+ years of related sales experience in the printing consumables, ink, printing plates, or color management related markets.
• Must have a strong understanding of color management process, tools and software.
• Knowledge of workflow sales, value sales, ROI based selling, and creation of solution proposals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets for the West Region by executing strategic sales plans to drive year-over-year growth.
• Identify and engage prospective customers, assess their needs and workflows, and deliver tailored X-Rite solutions.
• Execute solution-based selling across all market segments and the full product portfolio.
• Manage sales activities in Salesforce and related tools, including lead follow-up, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and account planning.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and bids, and negotiate and close deals under optimal commercial terms.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and supporting order fulfillment as needed.
