Arnold Machine is seeking a Regional Field Sales Representative to support growth across our core Midwest territory, with ninety percent of time spent working with customers in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, and Kentucky, and some travel to other locations as needed. This role is focused on developing new customer relationships, expanding Arnold Machine’s regional market presence, and driving revenue growth across all four business groups: Industrial Washers, Coatings, Automation, and Build to Print. The successful candidate will engage prospective customers through plant visits and discovery meetings, creating new opportunities where Arnold Machine delivers value, and working closely with our Directors of Business Development and Application Engineers to quote and close new business. This position reports to the Sales Director and plays a critical role in executing Arnold Machine’s regional growth strategy.
