About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager is primarily responsible for the sale of SONIFI Solutions, Inc. products and services, including video on demand, free to guest television, property vision, high speed internet access, and professional services. This role supports the assigned Canadian territory and is accountable for delivering results against sales, revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction objectives. This is a high growth sales role with a strong emphasis on renewing existing customer agreements while aggressively developing new business in a competitive hospitality technology market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of five years of successful sales experience within the hospitality industry, with a demonstrated ability to close complex, high value deals
  • Proven success prospecting and acquiring new customers in competitive markets
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover customer needs and align solutions accordingly
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams
  • Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools such as Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to approximately 60% within Canada and occasionally to the USA
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Deliver assigned sales targets related to room growth, revenue, margin, renewals, and new customer acquisition
  • Generate, qualify, manage, and follow up on sales leads from initial contact through contract execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, operators, and management companies
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored technology solutions that maximize return on investment
  • Prepare clear, accurate proposals, pricing, and contractual documentation
  • Navigate and help resolve complex technical or integration related questions in partnership with internal teams
  • Conduct effective prospecting and outbound sales outreach, including cold calling
  • Operate efficiently from a home office environment while maintaining strong internal communication
  • Provide timely, professional customer communication throughout the sales cycle
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales, revenue, and product quotas
