About The Position

Eternal Faith (A LifeCare Home Health Family company) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead regional growth across our Warner Robins, GA market(s), guiding the continued expansion of Hospice services. In this role, you will partner with operational and clinical leadership to shape regional strategy, build and develop high-performing sales teams, and strengthen the referral partnerships that fuel long-term success. As the regional sales leader, you will drive sustainable census growth while ensuring patients and families gain access to compassionate care at home when it matters most.

Requirements

  • 2 years total progressive health care sales experience.
  • 1 year of Management experience.
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all segments of the staff, the lay and professional public, the Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and Medical Director.
  • Shall be able to read, write and comprehend English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current and valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance.
  • Computer and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Promote /exemplify Company mission, vision and values at all times.
  • Responsible to hire, orient, train (ongoing) and evaluate performance of all staff involved in Account Executive activities related to the Company.
  • Evaluate the performance of the Account Executives ability to initiate/maintain contact with physicians, key hospital departments, as well as groups such as other areas of health care facilities, senior associations, and service representatives to be an education resource for new developments in home care and provides resources as indicated.
  • Maintain positive relationships with physicians, hospital personnel and the community to ensure open lines of communication to facilitate and improve care.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the staff of the Company to ensure the needs of the community and health care staff are met. Assists in the development of new services or processes to meet the needs or improve upon care.
  • Assist in developing yearly Account Executive plan and financial resources to conduct them.
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating Account Executive material.
  • Comply with all aspects of the Company’s Compliance Program and HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide effective communication to clients, their families, team members, and other health care professionals.
  • Demonstrate commitment and professional growth by participating in in-service programs and maintaining/improving competency.
  • Meet mandatory continuing education requirements of the Agency/licensing board.
