The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading and executing sales strategy across a team of Sales Managers overseeing both acquisition and cultivation Business Development Officers (BDOs). The RSM is accountable for delivering consistent results against revenue, margin, and pipeline targets by instilling disciplined sales execution and rigorous performance management. This role requires a leader who can translate strategy into action by setting clear expectations, inspecting progress, and taking decisive action to address gaps. The role also partners closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities, incorporate field feedback, and enhance the overall customer experience.
